If you think your usage is incorrect, we encourage you to review your usage using our historical usage charts in your MyAccount. You can compare your usage to the usage consumed in the same time frame last year. If you still think your usage is incorrect, you can contact our Customer Care to request a meter re-read. Meter re-reads can take up to 10 days to complete. If the results of the re-read conclude that the meter was incorrectly read, you will receive a corrected bill. If the results of the re-read conclude that the meter was read correctly, you will be assessed a one time fee from your TDSP for conducting the meter re-read.
