48 hours after your services start with Energy Texas and each time you renew your plan, we will evaluate your usage profile and determine if we can offer you a discount on your rate. If we can, you will receive verification/confirmation email advising you of the discount, which you must agree to within 48 hours of receiving the email. Then the discount will appear on your bill.
